Everything is on fire (grandmas linoleum)

11x14 Acrylic on canvas. As a kid, one of my earliest memories was painting with watercolor on my grandma’s kitchen floor. I don’t remember much. All I recall are smells of onions sizzling on the stove and a jack-in-the-box sitting on her linoleum floor. As I get older, that memory gets fuzzier and fuzzier. Painting this jack-in-the-box is my way to preserve a special memory.
